Helen has over 15 years’ experience in client service and customer relations, most recently as a Senior Purser with Cathay Pacific Airways. Prior to Cathay, Helen was a Service Leader with the Shangri-La Group in Taipei, Taiwan.

Helen joined the finance industry in 2021. She has completed the Alternative Investments Program at Harvard Business School Online.

Helen graduated from Ming Chuan University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University.
